If you have ever been to New York and walked in Central Park than you know what a difference a park can make in the middle of a chaotic city. Princes Street Gardens is just like that, the park stretches all along Princes street. You can find a few cafes and take the time to go to the Scottish National Gallery, or go up the Scott monument. I always find it so perfect to find some peace in the city, and Edinburgh is no different. Now that the Fringe is on, the city is so much busier, which is fun, but can be overwhelming at the same time. Chase and I are off on a Scottish road trip to the Highlands, which we are so excited about. Can't wait to show you all our trip which I'm sure will be memorable. Have a great weekend, Joan
