I wanted to share some pictures of our trip to California with my husbands family. Last year was actually the first time I had ever gone and I really enjoyed San Francisco. I just think it has a little bit of everything so it just makes it the perfect city. This year we had a road trip along side north California. We arrived in San Francisco and spent a day there before we made our way to Monterey Bay which is absolutely beautiful. We went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and then had a picnic at a park right next to the ocean, it was so lovely. Our next stop was the Yosemite which was so incredible to actually be there,  I can't wait to go back for some great hiking and fresh air. Finally our last stop was Sacramento, one of chase's grandmothers lives in this charming neighborhood which most of the homes are brick and have been there for almost 100 years. Its a picture perfect American neighborhood. We spent two nights in Sacramento before returning to San Francisco to check out the Redwoods at Muir woods park,  if you are ever in San Francisco I definitely recommend it.
